The Liechty Family—led by Jesse and Shea Liechty—has built Liechty Auto Group
through grit, risk, and an unwavering belief in doing business the right way. Starting with
their first dealership in LaGrange, Georgia, with a Mitsubishi franchise, they laid the
foundation with long hours, hands-on leadership, and a commitment to taking care of
both customers and employees like family. Alongside their four children, they grew that
single store into a thriving organization that now spans multiple markets and supports
more than 200 employees—and the families behind them.

What defines the Liechty story is their willingness to take bold, calculated leaps.
Expanding into Auburn, Tallassee, and Troy, Alabama wasn’t just growth — it was a
statement of belief in their people, their processes, and their culture. Each new rooftop
brought new challenges, but also new opportunities to build teams, develop leaders,
and create stability for hundreds of families across their organization. That same
entrepreneurial mindset led them beyond automotive, launching their marine division in
Marathon, Florida—extending their reach into a new industry while maintaining the
same standards of service, accountability, and relationship-driven business.
